This comprehensive program offers you the tools and support to enhance your wellbeing.

Q. What is BestHealth
A. BestHealth is a comprehensive, voluntary health and wellbeing program provided by the Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation (BMHCC) to give you the tools and support you need to live your healthiest life.

A. The BestHealth Wellness Program is FREE to ALL EMPLOYEES and SPOUSES! *Spouses are not eligible for rewards.
Q. How do I become a member of BestHealth?
A. Complete your Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire (HRAQ, biometric screening, and Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) between January 1 – December 31, 2025. Have a provider complete and submit a biometric screening form.
You will need to create an online account and complete an online health risk assessment questionnaire with inHealth Wellbeing.

Q. What if I am unable to participate in BestHealth due to a limitation or disability?
A. If you are unable to complete a BestHealth-approved biometric screening with a Primary Care Provider or participate in any health-related programs or classes, you may be entitled to reasonable accommodations or an alternative standard by emailing BestHealth at BestHealth@bmhcc.org or calling 901-227-2378 (BEST).
Q. What is a BestHealth-approved biometric screening and what does it measure?
A. BestHealth-approved biometric screening is a series of health tests performed by a Primary Care Provider to offer insight into your overall health. A BestHealth-approved biometric screening includes measurements of height, weight, waist circumference, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol.
Q. How do I complete a BestHealth-approved biometric screening with a physician?
If you don’t have a Primary Care Provider and need assistance in locating one, please email BestHealth at BestHealth@bmhcc.org or call 901-227-2378 (BEST).
Q. Can I have my annual wellness exam at the same time as my BestHealth-approved biometric screening?
A. Yes. When scheduling your appointment, inform them that you would like to have both your annual wellness exam and BestHealth-approved biometric screening performed in one visit. You receive one FREE annual wellness exam per calendar year, which is January 1 – December 31.
Q. What are the pre-screening instructions before going to my BestHealth-approved biometric screening?
Q. During my BestHealth-approved biometric screening, can I have the Primary Care Provider use my previous blood work?
A. Yes, but only if the blood work was taken within the last 180 days. The blood work includes blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides.
Q. How will I know if my BestHealth-approved biometric screening results have been submitted or faxed to BestHealth?
Q. How can I view the results of my completed BestHealth-approved biometric screening?
Login to your inHealth wellbeing account through the inHealth wellbeing mobile app or web portal at https://portal.inhealth4change.com. Click on Screening Results on the menu. You will then be able to view a side-by-side comparison of your most recent screening results to your initial screening results.
Q. What does BestHealth do with the information from my health risk assessment questionnaire and my biometric screening information?
This information is used to provide you with the information to help you understand your current health and potential health risks and used to offer you wellbeing services such as wellbeing programs and classes and 1-on-1 health coaching.
Q: What rewards can employees earn in the Wellbeing program?
A: To motivate and reward employees for actively participating in health-related activities and pursuing their wellness goals, we offer the following incentives:
Eligibility: To be eligible for these rewards, you must be actively employed at BPI during the respective drawing period. Please note that spouses are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.
Q: How do I check my points and rewards?
A: Login to your inHealth Wellbeing account through the inHealth Wellbeing mobile app or web portal at https://portal.inhealth4change.com. Click on “Rewards” on the menu. If there is a green checkmark beside the reward(s), you have earned the reward(s).
Q: How do points work?
A: Points are awarded for completing specific activities, such as:
Every 20 points earns one raffle entry, and points roll over to subsequent quarters, maximizing your chances to win big prizes!
