inHealth Strategies, LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our” or “inHealth Strategies”) respects Your rights regarding Your privacy and information, and We provide this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to help You understand how We collect, use, share, store and disclose information We obtain from or about You when You use the inHealth app mobile device software application (the “Application”) and the mobile or web services and sites provided by inHealth Strategies in connection with the Application (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy applies when You use Our Service, unless otherwise stated or unless We provide a link to a different policy. This Privacy Policy also describes the choices available to You regarding the use of, Your access to and how to update and correct Your information.
As used herein the term “use” shall mean use, access, install, sign into, connect with, download, visit or browse the Service.
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND inHealth Strategies, AND BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE TO WHICH THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS A PART. You should review this Privacy Policy in conjunction with Our Terms of Service and any other agreement or policy provided by Us that governs Your use of the Service.
You should not use the Service if You do not agree with this Privacy Policy, Our Terms of Service and any other agreement or policy that governs Your use of the Service.
All capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in inHealth Strategies’ Terms of Service at https://inhealth4change.com/tos.
Any version of this Privacy Policy in a language other than English is provided for convenience and You understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict with any non-English versions.
A. Collection of Information
1. Information You Provide to Us
We collect and store information you provide directly to Us. For example, We collect information when you participate in any interactive features of Our services, fill out a form, request customer support, provide any contact or identifying information or otherwise communicate with Us. The types of information We may collect include Your name, email address, postal address, and other contact or identifying information You choose to provide, which may potentially include information related to Your health, medical conditions, and/or wellness.
Registration Information: You are required to register for an account and We will collect and store any registration information You provided to Us, such as e-mail address, password, Your date of birth, and age, and We will assign You a unique identifying number (“Registration Information”).
Communications, Support Requests, Potential Abuse: If You contact Us for assistance, or to report a problem, concern, potential abuse or other issues regarding the Service, including before You have created an account, We may collect and store Your contact information, communication, and/or other information about You, including but not limited to Your name, e-mail address, location, operating system, IP address, any other information You provide Us in the course of such communications, and/or other information that may be collected by automated means described herein. We reserve the right to conduct further research and obtain further information as necessary. We will use the information to respond to You and research Your request/communication, all in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Service
When You access or use Our services, We automatically collect information about you, including:
inHealth: Wellbeing’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Information We Collect From Other Sources
In order to provide You with access to the Service, or to provide You with better service in general, We may combine information obtained from other sources (for example, a third-party service whose application you have authorized or used to sign in) and combine that with information We collect through Our services.
For example, the inHealth: Wellbeing app accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data from users who connect their Google Fit app to import health and fitness data from their device, including activity, location, and body measurements, such as weight and height.

Promotions: We may share Your information in connection with any promotion You enter on or through the Service, as necessary to administer, market, sponsor, or fulfill the promotion or as required by applicable laws, rules or regulations (for example, to provide winners’ lists or make required filings as appropriate) or in accordance with the applicable rules of the promotion. We may share Your information with a third party assisting Us in administering the promotion.
D. Third-Party Analytics
We may allow third parties to provide analytics services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about Your use of the services and other websites, including Your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by Us and third parties to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and other websites and better understand Your online activity. Our privacy policy does not apply to, and We are not responsible for, third-party cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies and We encourage You to check the privacy policies of these third parties to learn more about their privacy practices.
E. Security
inHealth Strategies takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of, data that You share and We collect and store. Such measures include security safeguards to protect your data as required pursuant to HIPAA. These measures vary based on the sensitivity of the data We collect and store. Unfortunately, however, no system can be 100% secured, and We cannot guarantee that communications between You and inHealth Strategies, the Service, or any information provided to Us in connection with the information We collect through the Service will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. Your password is an important component of Our security system. As such, it is Your responsibility to protect it. Do not share Your password with any third parties. If Your password has been compromised for any reason, You should change it immediately and contact support@inhealth4change.com with any concerns. Also, if You discover or suspect any Service security breaches, contact Us immediately at support@inhealth4change.com.

Our Service may contain links to other websites or allow others to send You such links. A link to a third party’s website does not mean that We endorse it or that We are affiliated with it. We do not exercise control over third-party websites. You access such third-party websites or content at Your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a third-party website before providing any information to the website.
F. Your Information Choices
As a user of Our Application, you are granted the right to request the deletion of your account and the personal data that we have collected directly from you. Please be aware, however, that if your data has been provided to us through your employer for the purpose of facilitating services on your employer’s behalf, the deletion of such data will require your employer’s consent. Additionally, any data that we collect as part of administering incentives, benefits, or monetary distributions may be retained by us and your employer to ensure the integrity of financial records.
Data Deletion Requests
As a user of InHealth Applications, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and the associated data within the bounds of applicable legal requirements and the terms of this privacy agreement. Where your data is provided through an employer, such deletion is subject to their consent. To initiate a deletion request, please complete this data deletion request form.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond and, where applicable, take action on your request within 45 calendar days, with an extension of another 45 if needed and with prior notification. This period allows us to verify the request and, if necessary, to obtain approval from your employer when your data is tied to their services. It also ensures that we can manage the deletion in a manner that maintains the integrity of our service and complies with our legal obligations.
Please be aware that even after deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining financial records or resolving disputes. We will also take steps to de-identify or aggregate the data we retain so that it no longer reasonably identifies you.
2. Use of Your Information
You can always choose not to provide certain information to us, but you may not be able to use certain features of the Service. If you do not wish to receive promotional communications from us, you can opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the promotional communication you receive.
Please note that despite Your opt-out choice or indicated email preferences, We will still send You transactional and/or relationship messages regarding the Service, including, for example, administrative confirmations, order confirmation, important updates regarding the Service, and notices regarding Our policies.

3. Cookies
Like many websites and app providers, inHealth Strategies (and/or Service Providers acting on Our behalf, such as Google Analytics and/or our third-party advertisers) may use server log files and automated data collection tools, such as cookies, tags, scripts, device or browser fingerprints, and web beacons (collectively, “Data Collection Tools”) when You access and use Our Service. In some cases, We tie the information gathered by these means to Our other information You provide and that We collect as described in this Privacy Policy. These Data Collection Tools automatically track and collect certain Technical Information and Usage Data that Your browser sends when You use Our Service. In some cases, We will associate this Technical Information and Usage Data with other information about You. Please note that if You choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of Our services.
4. Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving any promotional emails from Us by following the instructions in those emails. If You opt out, We may still send You non-promotional communications, such as those about Your account or Our ongoing business relations.
5. Our Policy Concerning Children
We recognize the privacy interests of children, and We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Children under the age of 18 should not use or attempt to use Our Service. We do not intentionally collect personal information (as defined by applicable law) on children under the age of 18. If We learn that We have collected personal information (as defined by applicable law) from a child under 18 We will take reasonable steps delete such information.
Parents who believe that inHealth Strategies might have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 may submit a request to inHealthDataPrivacy@inhealth4change.com and request that the information be removed.
6. Account Terminated or Deactivated
Your account is deactivated by Your employer. Even after Your Account is terminated, We may retain Your information as long as We have a legitimate purpose to do so and in accordance with applicable law. Your Account information is not deleted from Our servers when an account is deactivated. In addition, Your information may not be deleted from servers of the Third–Party Platform You use to access Our Service. We may retain backup copies of Your information on Our servers or databases (and/or any authorized third–party servers or databases We use) for legitimate purposes such as assist with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Such information may be disclosed pursuant to this Privacy Policy regardless of whether Your Account is deleted or terminated.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have the right to receive, once a year from Us: a) information identifying any third–party company(ies) to whom inHealth Strategies may have disclosed (within the previous calendar year) Your personal information for that company’s direct marketing purposes; and b) a description of the categories of personal information disclosed. If You are a California resident and wish to obtain such information, submit a request to Us at inHealthDataPrivacy@inhealth4change.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” as the subject line and in the body of Your message. Only information required to be disclosed by law will be included in Our response.
8. Safety, Security, Cooperation with Law Enforcement, & Compliance with Legal Obligations
We may disclose Your information to third parties, if We, in Our sole discretion, have a good faith belief that disclosure is: (1) permitted or required by law; (2) requested in connection with or relevant to a judicial, governmental or legal inquiry, investigation, order, or proceeding; (3) required or reasonably necessary pursuant to a valid subpoena, warrant or other legally valid inquiry or request; (4) reasonably necessary to enforce Our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, or any other legal agreements; (5) required to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, abuse, misuse, potential violations of law (or rule/regulation), and/or security or technical issues; or (6) required or reasonably necessary in Our discretion to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of inHealth Strategies, Our Users, employees, members of the public and/or Our Service. We may also disclose information about You to Our auditors or legal advisors in conjunction with accessing Our disclosure obligations and/or rights under this Policy.
9. Modifications to this Privacy Policy
From time to time, We may update this Privacy Policy. If We make any material change to this Privacy Policy We will notify You as required by applicable law. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.
As permitted by applicable law, if You continue to use the Service, after the effective date of any change, then such access and/or use will be deemed an acceptance of and an agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Policy as changed. The revised Privacy Policy supersedes all previous Privacy Policies. For this reason, We encourage You to review this Privacy Policy any time You use the Service. Upon Our request, You agree to accept or sign a non-electronic version of this Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements set forth or available through any Third-Party Platform.
G. Processing in the United States
Please be aware that Your personal information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside Your state, province, or country. If You are located outside of the United States, please be advised that We may process and store information in the United States. The laws in the United States may not be as protective of Your privacy as those in Your location. By using the Service, You are agreeing to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of Your personal information and communications will be governed by the applicable laws in the United States.
