Nazanin (“Nazz”) is responsible for business development, client and partner relationships and sales initiatives. When she’s not running to soccer games and practice for her three daughters, she enjoys gardening and home improvement projects.
Millicent Aubrey, MA
Chief Marketing Officer
Millicent is responsible for creating and coordinating external communications. Her background encompasses a variety of communication disciplines, including journalism, graphic design, and videography. Millicent enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and exploring healthy recipe options.
Gwen Bowie, NBC-HWC
Client Success Manager
Gwen possesses nearly three decades of healthcare industry expertise, with a career spanning patient-focused service, performance enhancement, and community health development. Beyond professional commitments, she values family time, culinary pursuits, and physical fitness.
Chalit Fernando, MBA
Technology Director
Chalit’s areas of expertise include conceptualizing and implementing statistical and analytical frameworks to gather, integrate, and analyze data from diverse distributed databases to create cohesive healthcare strategies. He also brings extensive experience in system architecture and has a proven track record in developing robust backend systems.

Micaela’s healthcare experience includes strategic planning, product and service development, business intelligence and data analytics, precision medicine, and population health. She enjoys spending time with family and playing recreational sports.
Lane Ives
Software Engineer
Lane combines military discipline with technical expertise. Specializing in C# and XAML, he’s designed and tested intricate systems remotely. Lane also maintains a Government (DOD) Secret Security Clearance. At inHealth, he refines our digital engagement tools to ensure peak performance.
Evan Lindsay
Software Engineer
Evan is a software engineer focusing on backend development. As a lifelong learner, he enjoys being able to solve complex problems in a variety of different technologies. When he am not working with technology, he enjoys spending time with my family, health, and fitness, and watching sports.
Yale Miller
Business Development
Yale is a healthcare leader with 20 years of experience, specializing in revenue growth, cost containment, and enhancing provider performance. He has developed business strategies for over 100 hospitals, including for-profit, not-for-profit, and academic centers. His focus is on engaging employers and insured consumers to boost revenue.
Alberto Morales
Develops Our Technologies
Alberto is a Lead Developer for inHealth Strategies, focusing on the design and implementation of technology enhancements and user experience. He has Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Electronics Engineering. He enjoys cooking, going to the beach, solving puzzles and taking long walks with his Boston Terrier.
Carrie Robbins BSN, RN, CCM
Implements Our Clinical Programs
Carrie brings years of experience in case management and population health. She lives with her husband, three boys and two dogs. When she’s not at her son’s baseball games, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Carolyn Roy serves as Communications Specialist for inHealth Strategies, responsible for assisting in the creation and coordination of communications and building the company’s brand. Carolyn brings more than 26 years of experience in journalism and more than 12 years in digital and social content management.

Michael is the President of inHealth Strategies. He has over 30 years of strategic planning, population health and managed care experience within large integrated health systems. When not reading about healthcare, Michael enjoys the practices of shinrin yoku.
