He’s held senior roles at UHS and Bon Secours Mercy Health, where he led initiatives that expanded access, boosted margins, and advanced value-based care.
Michael Spine, MHA
Partner, Healthcare Executive
Michael drives inHealth’s strategy and growth with 30+ years of experience advancing market position and community health outcomes. He spent 15 years in senior executive roles at Bon Secours Health System leading innovation, marketing, business development, and managed care, and has advised health systems nationwide on value-based care. Michael holds an MHA from the University of Minnesota, an MA from the University of Louisville, and is a 2013 GE Fellow of the Health Management Academy.
Nazz Assarpour, MBA
Operations Manager
With over 20 years of experience, Nazz leads operations at inHealth Strategies, aligning the company’s core functions with its strategic goals. She excels at improving efficiency and expanding market presence through key partnerships and business development. Nazanin holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and is fluent in Farsi.

Marketing & Communications Manager
Millicent develops and executes multimedia strategies that boost engagement and improve health outcomes. She also leads company branding across websites, marketing collateral, and integrated campaigns. With over 25 years of experience, including a background as a broadcast news producer, she transforms complex health information into engaging, actionable educational content. Millicent holds a Master of Arts from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Health Coach, blending strong communication skills with a focus on health and wellness.
Win Vaughan, MBA
VP, Development & Partnerships
Win brings 20+ years of leadership across health systems, health plans, ACOs, and health information exchanges. He has deep expertise in value-based care, performance metrics, and innovative care model design. Win previously served as president of CHI Virtual Health and held senior consulting roles focused on payment transformation and revenue cycle performance. He holds an MBA in Health Administration from Zicklin/Mount Sinai and a BA from Washington and Lee University.

Jim Ward is a seasoned healthcare sales executive with 23+ years of experience leading Results-oriented, successful businesses and a sales leader with expertise in Health IT, EHR, RCM, POP Health management, evidence-based clinical content, capital equipment, and medical device markets. Proven track record securing and managing key accounts, achieving preferred partner status, and establishing both internal and external long-term strategic partnerships.

Carolyn supports the creation and coordination of communications while strengthening the company’s brand presence. She brings more than 26 years of journalism experience and over 13 years in digital and social content management, blending strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of audience engagement. Carolyn also contributes to program development by creating learning management systems that enhance participant understanding and drive lasting health outcomes.

Giselle supports the creation of impactful materials and client-facing content. She designs dynamic, sales-focused presentations, drives marketing campaigns, and assists with client program projects. With a background in supply chain and project management, Giselle began her career at Accenture and earned her Project Management Certification through the Year Up program at South Seattle College. She brings a creative eye and a collaborative, people-centered approach to every project.
Evan Lindsay
Software Engineer
Evan is a software engineer focusing on backend development. As a lifelong learner, he enjoys being able to solve complex problems in a variety of different technologies. When he is not working with technology, he enjoys spending time with my family, health, and fitness, and watching sports.

Kevin is a healthcare operations leader with 25+ years of experience across clinical specialties. He brings expertise in lean management, KPI analysis, and practice assessments to drive productivity, streamline processes, and improve patient experience. A Penn State graduate, Kevin has also led the successful development of ancillary services including DME, therapy, imaging, and physician dispensing.

Laura is a seasoned healthcare finance leader with 15+ years of experience in physician practice and ambulatory surgery center operations. Known for her strategic insight and data-driven approach, she helps organizations achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. Laura holds a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
Chalit Fernando, MBA
CHNA/CHIP Support
Chalit’s areas of expertise include conceptualizing and implementing statistical and analytical frameworks to gather, integrate, and analyze data from diverse distributed databases to create cohesive healthcare strategies. He also brings extensive experience in system architecture and has a proven track record in developing robust backend systems.

Grace is a healthcare analytics specialist with expertise in turning complex data into insights that support strategic, value-based decisions. At Prominence Health (UHS), she led systemwide analytics efforts, developing dashboards and predictive tools for clinical and financial teams. She holds a dual degree in Population Health and Healthcare Management from Washington University in St. Louis.

Dinesh brings 20+ years of experience in financial management, operations, and revenue cycle innovation. As Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group, he cut AR days and introduced robotic process automation to streamline collections and claims. He previously held finance leadership roles at Bon Secours Medical Group–Virginia, Lehigh Valley Physician Group, and Novant Health, driving stronger collections and patient-friendly billing. Dinesh holds an MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer University, a BA in Economics from Emory University, and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.

Lane combines military discipline with technical expertise. Specializing in C# and XAML, he’s designed and tested intricate systems remotely. Lane also maintains a Government (DOD) Secret Security Clearance. At inHealth, he refines our digital engagement tools to ensure peak performance.

Project Manager
Liam serves as a Project Manager for inHealth Strategies, where he oversees projects that drive client success and organizational growth. He is skilled at identifying risks, proposing solutions, and supporting internal process improvements to enhance project delivery.
