Role-based provisioning is granted in a modularly. Admin users can be provisioned for any combination of the below modules.

  • Contribute
    • Customize content on the Today, Home, Education, Challenges and Support menus of the member app and portal
  • Health Coach
    • Use of the Health Coach Tool for documentation of wellbeing engagements and interventions
  • Incentives
    • View and override participant wellbeing rewards and incentives
  • Messaging
    • Send and reply to in-app/portal messages from individuals
    • Send bulk messages to a population or targeted subsets of the population
  • Reports
    • Run reports based on assigned level(s) of Reports provisioning
      • Admin Report Provisioning includes reports to support wellbeing program leadership
      • PHI Report Provisioning includes reports that contain PHI:
      • Status Report Provisioning includes reports allowing a provisioned user to monitor program status without access to identified participant PHI.
      • COVID-19 Report Provisioning includes reports allowing a provisioned user to monitor the Healthy for Work Questionnaire and Port-Diagnosis Questionnaire responses with no access to wellbeing program data.
  • Screener
    • View and capture biometric screening and health risk assessment data, update a user’s email address and reset passwords
  • Uploads
    • Manually add an individual to the eligibility file
  • COVID-19 Symptom Monitoring Admin
    • Manage and monitor COVID-19 exposure, vital signs and symptoms of the workforce utilizing the Healthy for Work Questionnaire and the Post-Diagnosis/Post-Exposure Questionnaire.
  • COVID-19 Screener
    • Document COVID-19 exposure, vitals and symptoms data.

Please follow the below process when requesting Admin Portal access for a member of your team.

1. Search for the team member on the ELIGIBILITY FILE report using the REPORT BUILDER tool.

  • If the team member is on the eligibility file, proceed to step 2.
  • If the team member is NOT on the ELIGIBILITY FILE report, add them using the ELIGIBILITY MANUAL UPLOAD tool.
    • Ensure the date of birth and last 6 digits of the Social Security Number are accurate.
    • Choose the appropriate relationship code.

2. Search for the team member on the USERS report using the REPORT BUILDER tool to determine if the individual has created an account in the system.

  • If the team member is on the USERS file, validate that the email address associated with the account is a work email and then proceed to step 3.
  • If the team member is NOT on the USERS file, contact the individual to inform them that they must create an account in the inHealth system in order to be provisioned for additional access.

3. Submit a provisioning request using the electronic help ticket form linked at https://inhealthstrategies.wufoo.com/forms/z87nyh31sgto2r.

4. Request the team member complete and submit a Confidentiality Agreement using the electronic form linked at: https://inhealthstrategies.wufoo.com/forms/za7q9wq0za59di/. The team member cannot be provisioned until the electronically signed Confidentiality Agreement has been received by inHealth.

To add access to additional Admin Portal modules or populations or to remove a user’s access to modules or populations request an Change of Access or Termination of Access using the electronic help ticket form linked at https://inhealthstrategies.wufoo.com/forms/z87nyh31sgto2r.

In the event that a Termination of Access request is urgent or time sensitive please submit the electronic help ticket form and reach out to your account representative directly.

  1. To create an account visit portal.inhealth4change.com and click “Create Account.”
  2. Enter the Company ID provided by your organization and click “Next”.
  3. Complete all information in the sign-up form.
    • Your password must be between 8 and 15 characters.
    • It must contain at least one number and one special character. Accepted special characters are !@#$%^&*.
  4. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and mark the “I Agree” checkbox.
  5. Click “Create”.
